Rent the Runway Posts Higher Revenue on Subscriber Growth

Rent the Runway posted higher third-quarter revenue on the back of growth in active subscribers.

The clothing subscription company reported net income of $76.5 million, or $13.65 a share, compared with a loss of $18.9 million, or $4.70 a share, the year prior. Net income included a one-time $96.3 million gain on debt restructuring.

Revenue rose 15% to $87.6 million. The number of active subscribers rose 12%, while the number of total subscribers rose 6% from the previous year.

The company guided for full-year revenue of $323.1 million to $325.1 million.
