Yixin Group (HKG:2858) unit Xinjiang Wanxing Information Technology renewed an agreement to continue providing technical support and consulting services to Beijing Bitcar Interactive, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move comes as the existing agreement will expire Dec. 31, according to the online automobile finance transaction platform.
The new agreement will be valid for three years starting Jan. 1, 2026.
Beijing Bitcar Interactive is a unit of Tencent (HKG:0700), a controlling shareholder of Yixin Group.
