Gospell Digital Technology's (SHE:002848) subsidiary, Chengdu Chitong Digital System, agreed to lease a property to Chengdu Qilongzuo Commercial Operation Management, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The premises for leasing are located in Chengdu Jinniu High-Tech Industrial Park, Sichuan Province, China and have a total leasing area of 2,458.5 square meters.
The property will be leased for eight years and will be used for non-production office use.
The Chinese software and hardware products producer's shares fell less than 3% during the afternoon trade.
