Do-Fluoride New Materials (SHE:002407) will invest another 833.3 million yuan in its subsidiary Guangxi Ningfu New Energy Technology through a capital increase, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
Ningfu New Energy's capital will increase to 3.46 billion yuan from 2.63 billion yuan following the latest injection.
Post investment, Do-Fluoride's shareholding in the unit will increase to 77.4% from 70.3%.
Do-Flouride's shares slumped less than 9% during the morning trade.
