Suzhou TZTEK Technology (SHA:688003) plans to issue convertible bonds worth 872 million yuan, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
Huatai United Securities is the lead underwriter of the issuance, the measurement equipment manufacturer said.
