Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AGM) said late Monday it has appointed Matthew Pullins as its chief financial officer and treasurer, starting Dec. 11.
Pullins was most recently senior vice president, chief financial officer - capital markets at PNC Financial Services, the firm said.
