Shenyang Machine Tool's (SHE:000410) subsidiary, Shenyang Machine Tool Zhongjie Youyi Factory, plans to rent a CNC industrial park from a unit of the company's shareholder for an estimated total rent of 16 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
General Technology Group Shenyang Machine is the owner of the property, which measures 52,146 square meters.
The rent period will be between 2026 and 2028, the Chinese metal cutting machine tools manufacturer said.
