Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical (SHA:600426) and its related parties plan to increase the capital of Jingzhou Subsidiary by 200 million yuan, with the company contributing 140 million yuan.
Jingzhou Subsidiary's capital will rise to 700 million yuan from 500 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The shareholding proportions of all shareholders will remain unchanged, with the company still holding 70% control of the Jingzhou Subsidiary.
Shares of the chemical company were down 3% in recent trade.
