Race Oncology (ASX:RAC) said that following a shareholder approval at its annual general meeting held on Monday, its name will change from Race Oncology to Racura Oncology, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
This change has been recorded by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with effect from Dec .5, the filing added.
The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) will implement the change of name from the start of trading on Wednesday, while the ASX listing code "RAC" remains the same, the company said.
