Franklin Financial Services Launches Buyback Program

Franklin Financial Services (FRAF) said in a regulatory filing Friday that its board has approved a stock buyback program to repurchase of up to 150,000 shares of its $1 par value common stock.

The company said the repurchases will be acquired at market prices in open market or privately negotiated transactions, starting Jan. 1 and will go through the rest of 2026.
