Novo Nordisk Reportedly Launches Ozempic in India

Novo Nordisk (NVO) has launched its popular Ozempic drug in India, pricing the 0.25-milligram dose at $24.35 a week, news outlets reported Friday.

The Danish pharmaceutical giant has set monthly prices of the diabetes treatment at 8,800 Indian rupees ($97.24) for the 0.25-mg dose, 10,170 rupees for 0.5-mg, and 11,175 rupees for the 1-mg dose, according to reports. Each pen reportedly contains four weekly doses.
