MaxOne Semiconductor (Suzhou) Launches Shanghai IPO

MaxOne Semiconductor (Suzhou) (SHA:688809) launched its initial public offering on the Shanghai bourse, seeking to offer up to about 32.4 million shares, according to a prospectus filed Thursday.

The probe card or semiconductor testing tool manufacturer's IPO shares will constitute 25% of the company's entire shareholding following the offer.

Upon completion of the IPO, MaxOne's share capital will rise to 129.6 million shares.

CITIC Securities (HKG:6030, SHA:600030) is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.
