Revenue in the three months ended Oct. 31 rose to $184.2 million from $138.5 million a year earlier.

The company expects a Q4 adjusted loss of $0.05 to $0.07 a share on revenue of $188 million to $190 million.

Netskope shares fell 4.3% in after-hours trading.
