PointsBet Holdings to Change Financial Year End to March 31

PointsBet Holdings (ASX:PBH) resolved to end its financial year on March 31 instead of June 30 to synchronize with its controlling entity, Mixi, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will have a transitional financial year that will start on July 1 and end on March 31, 2026, the filing said. After which, it will revert to a financial year that starts on April 1 and ends on March 31.

The company said it expects to lodge an annual report by June 30, 2026.
