Miami International Prices Secondary Offering of 6.8 Million Shares

Miami International (MIAX) said Thursday it has priced a secondary public offering of 6.8 million shares at $41 each.

The offering, expected to close Monday, consists entirely of secondary shares, including shares issued following the exercise of warrants sold by certain stockholders, the company said.

The company also said the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1 million additional shares from the sellers.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.

Shares of the company were down 1.6% in recent premarket activity.
