Jiangxi Copper boosts SolGold takeover bid to $1.13 billionDec 12 (Reuters) - China's Jiangxi Copper 600362.SS has raised its takeover offer for London-listed gold and copper miner SolGold SOLG.L to 28 pence per share, valuing the company at about 842 million pounds ($1.13 billion), the companies said on Friday.
