S&P Global (SPGI) said Wednesday that it has signed a multi-year strategic partnership deal with Alphabet's (GOOG) Google Cloud unit, which will cover data distribution, workflow automation, and agentic innovation.
S&P Global said that under the collaboration, it's proprietary data will be part of BigQuery, Google Cloud's data to AI platform. The company also said it will expand its agentic offerings on Gemini Enterprise.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
