CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the divestment of a logistics property at 95 Gilmore Road, Queensland, Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The REIT had earlier agreed to dispose of the property for SG$90 million.
Following the disposal, the REIT now owns 228 properties across Singapore, Australia, the US and the UK and Europe.
