Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts (SHE:000887) said its joint venture with Shaanxi Topda Precision Equipment was officially established after completing its industrial and commercial registration, according to a Thursday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
Hefei Dingtai Precision Technology, which has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, will manufacture and sell generators, as well as micro-motors and electronic components.
The auto parts manufacturer, through Anhui Ruisibo Robotics Technology, owns 51% of the venture, while Shaanxi Topda holds the remaining 49%.
