YCIC Eco-Technology (SHE:002200) plans a capital reserve-to-share-capital transfer as part of its reorganization plan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
Based on the total share capital of 184,132,890 shares, the company will transfer 14.50 shares for every 10 shares to issue 266,992,691 new shares.
After the completion of the reorganization, the company's total share capital will rise to 451,125,581 shares.
Trading of the environmental protection and landscaping company's shares has been suspended.
