Vera Therapeutics (VERA) said Tuesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 6.1 million shares at $42.50 each.
The gross proceeds are expected to be around $261 million, the company said.
The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 920,716 additional shares.
Shares of the company were down over 3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
