** Co said on Thursday UK-based Cycle Group will acquire all outstanding shares for $0.088 per share in cash, plus a contingent value right $(CVR)$
** The offer represents a 60% of discount to APLT's last close of $0.22, though shareholders could receive additional payments (CVR) if specific future milestones are met
** The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026
** Up to last close, stock down 74.7% YTD
