Hangzhou Flariant (SHA:605566) plans to invest in the formation of Hyperbola Intelligence Hangzhou, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The company will contribute 3 million yuan for a 30% stake in the software and robotics joint venture. Taishen Technology will invest 4 million yuan for a 40% stake, while Yuanjia Investment will provide 3 million yuan for the remaining 30%.
Shares of the dye manufacturer closed 5% higher on Tuesday.
