Shandong Gold Mining Injects 1.4 Billion Yuan Into Subsidiary; Shares Down 3%

Shandong Gold Mining (SHA:600547) approved a 1.4-billion-yuan capital injection into subsidiary Hainan Shengwei Trading to strengthen operations and advance an overseas project under Osino Gold Mining and Exploration.

The funds, contributed by subsidiary S.J. International, will be recorded as capital reserve without altering Hainan Shengwei's registered capital or ownership structure, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the gold miner fell 3% in recent trade.
