Heron Neutron Medical (TPE:7799) said its board has approved entering into a license agreement with Advanced Cyclotron Systems for accelerator technology, according to a Wednesday Taiwan exchange filing.
The license fee is about CA$25 million, to be paid in instalments.
Manufacturing royalties will be based on output volumes, the filing added. The company will fund the agreement using internal resources.
