Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) said Wednesday its business division, Live Nation Concerts, will take over operations of Impact Arena, a live entertainment venue in Thailand.
This partnership marks a "significant step in Live Nation's global growth strategy, combining local expertise with international resources," the company said.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
