Shenzhen Kedali Industry (SHE:002850) will inject 300 million yuan in capital into subsidiary Shandong Kedali to support operational liquidity and sustainable growth.
The move will raise Shandong Kedali's registered capital to 400 million yuan from 100 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the lithium battery precision structural parts manufacturer closed 2% lower Tuesday.
