China Aerospace Times Electronics (SHA:600879) plans to boost the capital of subsidiary Aerospace Long March Rocket Technology by 727.5 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Another shareholder, China Aerospace Times Electronics, will increase the capital of the subsidiary by 89.4 million yuan, while Beijing Telemetry Technology Research Institute will add 5.7 million yuan.
Following the injection, Aerospace Long March Rocket Technology's capital will rise to about 1.50 billion yuan.
