CITIC Securities' (HKG:6030, SHA:600030) subsidiary, CITIC Securities International, will guarantee $1.3 million to unit, CSI MTN, for the issuance of medium-term bonds with the same amount, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese securities broker's Hong Kong shares fell over 2% during Monday's afternoon trade.
The issuance is part of CITIC Securities International's medium-term program that was established in 2022.
