Posco Future M to Raise 2026 Short-Term Borrowing Limit; Shares Plunge 6%

Posco Future M (KRX:003670) intends to increase its 2026 short-term borrowing limit to 500 billion Korean won from 200 billion Korean won, to stabilize its operations, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korean Exchange.

The limit, already approved by the company's board, excludes trade financing, purchase loans, and sales receivables discounts, the filing said.

Shares of the battery materials manufacturer were down over 6% in Tuesday trading.
