** U.S.-listed stock YUMC.N rose 1.9% on Friday
** The operator of KFC-to-Pizza Hut restaurant chain in China said the company's board of directors has increased the share repurchase authorization by $1 bln, bringing the total remaining authorization to $1.2 bln
** The company says it may repurchase shares in the open market in the U.S. and Hong Kong
** YTD, Yum China stock up 1.3%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI up 28.2%
