Anhui Expressway (SHA:600012, HKG:0995) agreed to raise its holdings in Anhui Transportation Information Industry through a capital injection of 95 million yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese expressway operator's Hong Kong shares fell less than 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.
Anhui Expressway's stake in Anhui Transportation Information will increase to 36.76% from 10%.
Anhui Transportation Holding Group will also raise its capital in Anhui Transportation Information for 95 million yuan, increasing its stake to 46.69% from 40%.
