iRobot (IRBT) shares plunged 71% amid heavy trading after the company filed for bankruptcy protection on Sunday.

Almost 89.7 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of 14.7 million.

Lexaria Bioscience (LEXX) said Monday it has signed a definitive agreement to sell more than 2.66 million shares at $1.315 apiece in a registered direct offering.

Shares of the company slumped 34% as intraday trading volume rose to nearly 1.17 million from a daily average of about 578,000.

ServiceNow (NOW) is in late-stage talks to buy cybersecurity company Armis for up to $7 billion, Bloomberg reported Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Shares of ServiceNow dropped about 12% as intraday trading volume soared to nearly 3.12 million from a daily average of over 1.42 million.
