General Motors (GM) said Monday that Apple (AAPL) Music is now built directly into select 2025 and newer models of Cadillac and Chevrolet vehicles in the US and Canada.
The company said the music streaming app, which was rolled out via a software update, is included in the OnStar Basics connectivity package at no extra cost for eight years.
General Motors said the app will also be rolled out later across its other brands.
General Motors shares were up 0.7% in recent trading Monday, while Apple shares were down 1.6%.
