Dec 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1230 GMT on Monday:

** Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group <8306.T> is in final talks to acquire a 20% stake in Indian non-bank financial institution Shriram Finance <SHMF.NS> for more than 500 billion yen ($3.22 billion), Bloomberg News reported.

** DBAY Advisors, the biggest shareholder of TT Electronics <TTG.L>, said that it does not intend to make an offer for the British company, withdrawing from a possible bidding war with Swiss firm Cicor <CICN.S>.

** Chinese metals miner and processor CMOC Group <603993.SS> said its unit CMOC Ltd plans to buy Leagold LatAm Holdings B.V. and Luna Gold Corp from Canada's Equinox Gold Corp <EQX.TO> for a combined $1.015 billion.

** Australia's Fortescue <FMG.AX> said it would buy the remaining 64% of Alta Copper <ATCU.TO>, in a deal implying a total equity value of C$139 million ($101 million) for the Toronto-listed copper miner.
