Lloyds Banking Group Names Amanda Murphy as CEO of Commercial Banking Unit

Lloyds Banking Group (LYG) said Monday it has appointed Amanda Murphy as chief executive officer of its Business and Commercial Banking business unit, effective February 2026.

Murphy is set to succeed Elyn Corfield, who is leaving the bank to spend time with family, Lloyds said.

Murphy was most recently co-head of commercial banking Asia and head of commercial banking for South and Southeast Asia at HSBC (HSBC), Lloyds said.
