Shanghai Huafon Aluminium (SHA:601702) plans to establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong for $1 million, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
The subsidiary, Huafon Aluminium (Hongkong) International Trading, will sell aluminum sheet, strip and foil materials.
The Chinese aluminum products manufacturer's shares dropped less than 3% at the close.
