Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) sub-unit, Huatai International Finance, issued medium-term bonds worth $55 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
Huatai International Financial Holdings, a subsidiary of the company, guaranteed the amount to Huatai International Financial for the bonds.
The bonds are part of Huatai International Finance's medium-term bond program launched in 2020, the Chinese securities company said.
