Will Semiconductor (SHA:603501) submitted a post-hearing information pack for its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The semiconductor company, also known as OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, plans to use proceeds from its planned IPO for research and development, including hiring of R&D talent, as well as market penetration and business expansion, investments and M&A, and for working capital, according to a post-hearing information pack filed in Hong Kong Monday.
