Cummins Gets $500M Army Power Plant Contract

Cummins Power Generation has received a $500 million firm-fixed-price contract from the U.S. Army.

The Minneapolis-based power company will work on 500-kilowatt skid mobile electric power generator sets and power plants.

Locations and funding will be determined for each order, the Pentagon said Friday.
