XCF Global (SAFX), Southern Energy Renewables, and DevvStream (DEVS) said Friday they have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore the development of a platform designed to boost the adoption of sustainable aviation fuel, among other goals.
The platform would integrate logistics, fuel supply, and environmental-attribute value for aviation and industrial clients, the companies said.
Under the negotiation of a binding agreement, the companies said they expect to assess the commercial viability of developing a sustainable aviation facility in Louisiana.
XCF Global shares were down 8% in recent trading.
