BUZZ-US natgas companies down on milder weather forecasts, lower demand

** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies down, tracking a fall in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 down 2.5% at $4.13 per million British thermal unit, their lowest level since November 3. The contract is down 22% so far this week

** Natgas prices fall to more than a one-month low, on track for the first weekly decline in two months, as forecasts for milder weather and lower demand next week along with near-record output and ample amounts of gas in storage pressured prices

** Natgas companies fall: CNX Resources CNX.N 3.5%, EQT Corp EQT.N 1.4%, Williams Companies WMB.N 2.2% and NextDecade NEXT.O 2%

** ETFs United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P down 3.1%, and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P falls 7.3%
