Stamford Tyres' Attributable Profit Slides in Fiscal H1

Stamford Tyres' (SGX:S29) attributable profit to equity holders fell in the fiscal first half ended Oct. 31 to SG$168,000 from SG$401,000 a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the tire manufacturer were down over 2% in Monday trading.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0007 from SG$0.0017 in the comparable period.

Revenue also edged down year over year to SG$94.2 million from SG$94.5 million.
