Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) said recent drilling at its Colosseum gold and rare earth element project in California further strengthened the mineralization model in the North Pipe, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The results were of up to 62.5 meters at 2.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 25.9 meters, including 10.7 meters at 7.3 g/t gold from 39.6 meters.
"The North Pit is currently scheduled to be the first area to be mined in the schedule and the addition of high-grade ounces could improve the mine production in the early years of the project," said Managing Director Stephen Baghdadi.
The company's shares were down 1% in recent Monday trade.
