Ericsson-owned (ERIC) Vonage said Tuesday it integrated its contact center platform with Salesforce (CRM) Agentforce Voice to combine AI-driven voice tools with Salesforce's customer service environment.
The integration connects Vonage Contact Center with Salesforce's Agentforce 360 and voice-powered AI agents to manage calls, automate issue resolution, and route cases to human agents with full context, the company said.
The system uses skills-based routing to handle tasks such as fraud checks, sensitive customer issues, and inbound sales calls within a single platform, Vonage said.
