Lululemon's Turnaround Timing Unclear Amid CEO Search -- Market Talk

1150 ET - Lululemon's plans to search for new leadership makes the timing of a durable turnaround unclear, Raymond James analysts say in a note. If or when a new chief executive is named, it will likely take time for that person to get up to speed and implement their strategy, the analysts say. "This suggests any significant change at LULU is likely to be an out-year event, in our view," they say. For now, Lululemon lacks any catalyst until new products hit in the spring, and how it will resonate with customers remains a gamble, they say. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
