Grandjoy (SHE:000031) added three new real estate projects in Sanya, Chengdu and Qingdao in 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The developments include a residential site in Sanya's central business district for 784.1 million yuan, four mixed-use residential and commercial plots in Chengdu's Qingyang District for 2.65 billion yuan, and a retail commercial project in Qingdao's Shibei District for 410.8 million yuan.
The company's final effective interests in the projects range from 44% to 86%.
