The ChatGPT maker will offer Disney the option to buy shares in the artificial intelligence startup beyond its previously announced $1 billion stake, the unnamed sources told the news outlet.
Microsoft has invested billions of dollars into OpenAI.
Disney and OpenAI didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
