Alibaba Health Information Technology (HKG:0241) said Zhu Shunyan resigned as the company's chairman, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the internet service provider for the medical and pharmaceutical sector fell nearly 3% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
The company tapped chief executive Shen Difan to replace Zhu on the board as chairman.
