1124 GMT - Over 85% of European fund managers expect near-term gains for the continent's equities, Bank of America says in its December European fund manager survey. Investors anticipate better-than-expected earnings to push European stocks up, while 95% project European equities to rise over the next 12 months. A net third of fund managers judge European stocks to be undervalued--close to a five-year high, and up from 23% last month, the survey shows. Fewer fund managers are holding cash, with cash levels at 2.8% among surveyed managers, a 12-year low. (josephmichael.stonor@wsj.com)
